  1. I don't understand the Catalan, but I am sure that you and Giacomo will find much in common.

  2. Michael,
The focus of the film is on my lifestyle rather than on sailing, but even so I don't think there's much that seasoned readers of this blog haven't gleaned about me.

I'm pleasantly surprised that they seemed to find the tenor of my ways. I'd kind of expected to be stereotyped. Still, I could have done without the long shot of my arse.

A some time in the future, given the time and means, I'll subtitle it.

  4. Great stuff, even though I couldn't understand a word. It's too late now, of course, but as a journalist I would have advised you that if you don't want your arse on TV, don't give them the tape...
My arse they would never have broadcast.

  5. Yep, just handed over the hard disk without thinking...
Arse is not to reason why.

  6. Terrible puns... Through it all he can still be as English as they come. Well done that man!

  7. Yes, TV reporters tend to stereotype whatever they touch. It was not your case, you can be glad. Nice documentary, Ben. Congratulations.

  8. It does look great - and such convincing footage of OB sailing beautifully. I shouldn't jest like that when we're talking of something so sublime...

  9. You're right Gav, she does look beautiful.I'm not altogether happy about the sail trim though. The mainsail leach is flapping, this is something I've gone to lengths to try to erradicate but I've concluded it's to do with the cut of the sail. The mizzen could be sheeted in a tad more.
She is sublime but there's nothing above a jest on this site.;)

  11. Tradi,

Casi toda la música que sale en el reportaje la compusó mi compañera Mónica especialmente para los videos de mis viajes. Te paso su blog que en él ha subido "viaje 6", que ya reconocerás.
